Pastor Rachel Herron

Founder, Agape238 Ministries

Pastor Rachel Herron is a dedicated wife, mother, evangelist, and the visionary founder of Agape238 Ministries—a ministry born out of a profound calling to bring the healing power of Jesus Christ to broken and deserted lives.

Pastor Rachel is no stranger to adversity. Experiencing deep trauma as a young girl, her own pain ignited a fierce, lifelong desire to help hurting souls plagued by trauma, dysfunction, and toxic cycles. Guided by a relentless heart for the lost, she began her ministry over 25 years ago at Victory Outreach Church. There, she served faithfully as a worship leader, playing the piano and ushering congregations into the presence of God. Her leadership quickly expanded as she became a staff pastor, assisting the senior pastor with pastoral care and later playing an instrumental role in launching the ministry’s satellite church.

Answering the call to global mission work, Pastor Rachel joined the Shield of Faith Fellowship of Churches, where she was appointed Bishop of the Mexico Diocese under the leadership of Apostle Henry Alexander. Her dedication to the ministry was further reflected in her literary contribution, translating Apostle Alexander’s book into Spanish for publication.

Today, her enduring legacy includes planting 13 churches in Mexico and 3 in Nevada—a powerful network that comprises churches, orphanages, and vital community missions.

At the core of Pastor Rachel’s life and ministry is a singular, unwavering focus: to win souls through the gospel of Jesus Christ. Her ultimate heart’s desire is to share the truth of Christ’s pure, unconditional love, rooted deeply in Acts 2:38. By breaking down the barriers of toxic cultural patterns, restrictive traditions, and generational cycles, Pastor Rachel continues to pave a path for people across nations to receive true salvation and lasting freedom through Jesus Christ.
